Morgan Thomas
Co-Founder / Director

With over 20 years of experience in various industries such as retail, mining, IT, and aviation, Morgan brings a unique combination of passion, commitment and mastery.

He creates his client-specific programs on Leadership, Culture Change and Personal Development and can deliver them to both small and larger (300) groups. With accreditations from Neuro Change Solutions (Dr Joe Dispenza), Social and Emotional Intelligence (Hay Group) & Lean and Agile way of working, Morgan can deliver powerful, sustainable results for his clients.

Nick Andrews

Nick brings a love of self-development and over 30 years of training, leadership and management experience to his work with clients. Nick has worked with industries ranging from construction, retail, IT, mining, engineering, oil & gas and aviation.


He has worked extensively in Europe and throughout North America and South Africa.

Patrick Kinders

Patrick has over 25 years of experience in different (C-Level) management positions from start-ups to corporates, from Business to Operations and IT business.  Patrick is a result-oriented people manager who has fulfilled various management roles at large and smaller companies and managed several start-ups and made them successful.

He prefers to take on challenges that seem completely unfeasible & then prove the opposite.

Robert Zaajier
Associate GPG

Robert successfully guides organizations through their transformation. He uses different techniques and training to deliver implementations in the right order, at the right time. For more than 15 years, Robert has gained his experience applying the Lean principles in various roles as consultant, trainer and line manager. He advocates using visual management to demonstrate improvements, small and large, and to make employees proud of the results they have delivered. Robert has a proven track record with well-known clients. He likes to walk the "Gemba" with you!

Sara Thomas
Marketing Manager

With over 20 years experience in design and marketing, Sara incorporates simplicity and clear communication in the various Great Performance Group marketing materials. With a personal commitment to the vision of GPG, she plays a balance and supporting role in helping the team deliver their message.

Denise Diepstraten
Operations Manager

Denise is a vitally important member of the Great Performance Group team as she keeps all the important elements in order. Her keen mind, attention to detail and quick learning have caused the GPG team to happily expand the scope of her functions.

My Passion

For as long as I can remember I wanted to teach. Since my teenage years I have developed this passion by learning from some of the best teachers in the world. My wide variety of experiences has allowed me to incorporate many diverse ideas and philosophies into the work I have done over the last 30 years. In my home country, South Africa, I have trained navy divers, delivered transformational workshops in townships soon after apartheid ended, and run corporate programmes for multinationals with diverse workforces.

My Journey

Having helped an international company to launch personal development programmes in Cape Town, I moved to the Netherlands in 2004 and turned my attention to the corporate world. Having co-built a stable and successful consulting business over the last 10 years with many high profile clients, I am now excited to return to delivering personal transformation programmes to run alongside and complement my corporate work.

My Heart

What makes me unique is my deep appreciation for all human dreams, desires and insecurities. I have had the opportunity to fulfil on many of my dreams and transform insecurities and have a strong desire to pass on this knowledge. What I have learned is that everyone has their own path and their own passion and too many people are caught up in self-limiting beliefs or are waiting for the right circumstances or the right feelings to follow their dreams. Combining eastern and western philosophies with leading edge psychology and neuroscience, I have developed a wide range of difference making material delivered with a direct and entertaining approach that always leaves people loved and appreciated for who they really are.
